PRODUCER NOTES

Benjamin Paz is a well known name in Honduran coffee. As well as producing on his own farms, he works closely with other growers in the region through his family’s mill, Beneficio San Vicente in Santa Barbara. It's become one of the most respected mills in the country, helping producers improve quality and build lasting relationships with roasters. Benjamin has played a big role in bringing attention to the region and continues to support some of the most exciting coffees coming out of Honduras.
